Yes. The volunteer form allows you to share the areas you’re interested in serving. While we can’t guarantee every request, we do our best to place you where you’ll thrive and where help is most needed.

After you complete the volunteer form, our Serve Team Coordinator will review your preferences and reach out with your role assignment and next steps.

Yes! SPREAD THE WORD ... But also, ff you’re local (or within reasonable driving distance), you may be invited to join us for a time of prayer at the venue prior to the event. Participation is optional, and details will be shared at a later date. 

Yes. All volunteers are required to complete a virtual training prior to the conference. This ensures everyone feels prepared and knows what to expect. Training details will be sent after you’re confirmed.

We’ll provide light snacks and refreshments throughout the day for volunteers.
That said, we encourage you to plan to cover your own full meals (lunches and dinners) as needed.

Volunteers serving on Setup & Breakdown will help prepare the venue before the conference and assist with teardown once the event concludes.

Setup begins at 8:00 AM on Friday, April 10th.

Breakdown will take place immediately following Saturday evening’s session, so please plan for a late night.

More detailed instructions will be shared closer to the event.

Men are welcome to help with setup and breakdown!
