I. Overview
Esther Rising (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides the Esther App, including all related content, features, tools, programs, community spaces, and services (collectively, the “App” or “Service”), subject to your acceptance of these Terms of Use (“Terms”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the Esther App, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
The Esther App and related services are hosted and supported through third-party platforms, including Kajabi, which provide the infrastructure for delivering our digital content and community features.

- Interfere with the App’s security or functionality

IV. Content & Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Esther App—including videos, audio, text, graphics, downloads, trainings, and community materials—is owned by Esther Rising or licensed for use.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit any content without written permission. Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
V. Products, Services & Digital Access
Certain products, programs, or subscriptions may be offered through the App. Due to the digital nature of our content, all sales are final unless otherwise stated, and access may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
We do not guarantee that the App or its content will meet all expectations or be uninterrupted or error-free.
VI. Billing & Account Information
You agree to provide accurate and current information for any purchases or subscriptions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel transactions if fraud, misuse, or policy violations are suspected.
